My motivation in starting my business was to create a high-quality creative take on ice cream and desserts I wasn't seeing near me. I've always wanted full creative liberty and to be challenged to my full potential as well.

Being an entrepreneur is one of the hardest routes to choose. It has challenged me to fully realize that I am the orchestrator of my own life. I feel like I am in power to live my full potential, and it's incredibly rewarding.

To be a business owner is to be fully responsible for all operations and monetary aspects of whatever service or goods you deem valuable to take a shot with. Hopefully, others will find it valuable too!

I think it depends on what business you are starting, but sticking with/pivoting with/growing with a business makes a start look easy in comparison.

I feel proud of how I've grown with this business and what I've let go of and added to it to keep it relevant and valuable, something a younger version of me would be much more stubborn about. I'm really proud to have Heemans as my first wholesale client. I'm equally pleased to now be the first producer, from what I can see, of buffalo milk ice cream. We are producing a novel ice cream product with a small local buffalo milk dairy.

Dream big! It's simple, but feeling those words and letting your imagination grow wild has taken me this far. You can't dream big without being a little crazy, ambitious, and perhaps brave!

Always make boundaries for your time. It's valuable, and you can't please everyone!
